Responsibilities

• Directs daily operations of the facility and coordinates tasks for hourly production employees.
• Drives safety, quality, housekeeping and environmental compliance across shifts.
• Conducts shift start meetings covering safety, quality and daily plans.
• Distributes tasks based on staff abilities to optimize performance.
• Performs regular coaching, performance evaluations and disciplinary steps as needed.
• Escalates safety incidents to Plant Safety Manager and Department Superintendents.
