Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an ARRT-recognized Radiologic Technology program.
• Registry eligible with registry completion within 1 year of hire date.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs and assists with radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.
• Document patient history for each procedure on physician requisition.
• Verify patient identity verbally and by ID; ensure correct matching.
• Prepare and administer contrast media as required.
• Consult with radiologist and physicians as needed.
• Position patients and adjust equipment for optimal imaging.
• Maintain accurate departmental records.
