Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Tualatin is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee operations and manage a team of 15-20 production staff. This role requires a strong background in engineering operations and proven leadership skills to ensure high-quality product delivery while optimizing cost and productivity. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and over 3 years of manufacturing experience. This position is on-site and offers an annual salary between $86,000 - $115,000.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in an engineering operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Previous experience leading manufacturing projects or supervising manufacturing production teams.
• Lean/CI experience is a plus (Green Belt preferred).

Responsibilities

• Motivate and develop direct reports for optimal performance.
• Plan and direct production activities and establish production priorities.
• Review and analyze production reports to determine causes of nonconformity.
