Marvin is seeking a production associate to join our Devils Lake, ND facility. You will be trained in every aspect of your role and set up for success from day one in a clean, climate‑controlled building where safety is the top priority.

Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, read instructions on screen, and communicate clearly in English with your team. You may cross-train in multiple departments to add variety to your day and earnings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, cutting, or sawing.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Communicate clearly in English with your team to carry out job functions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical or material issues with your supervisor.
• Cross-train in multiple departments to add variety and earnings.
