Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in Devils Lake, ND. You’ll be trained in every aspect of the role and set up for success from day one in a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety is the top priority.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read and follow instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools and automated equipment, including drilling, measuring, cutting, or sawing.
• Communicate clearly in English with the team to carry out tasks.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with a supervisor to troubleshoot mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments to add variety and increase earning potential.
