Marvin is hiring a Production Associate in Devils Lake, ND. You will be trained across all aspects of the role in a clean, climate-controlled facility where safety comes first.

The job entails assembling products, reading instructions, and collaborating with your team to resolve issues. Shifts require overtime; starting pay ranges from $18.50–$22.50 per hour depending on schedule, with comprehensive benefits beginning on day one and opportunities for growth and profit sharing as you contribute

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to read visual and written instructions from a computer screen.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products using tools and automated equipment.
• Communicate clearly in English both orally and in writing to carry out job functions and work with your team.
• Read visual and written instructions on a computer screen to retrieve parts and deliver to production lines.
• Work closely with your supervisor to troubleshoot any mechanical or material issues.
• Crosstrain in multiple departments, adding variety to your workday and more money to your paycheck.
