Job summary

Precinmac is seeking a CNC Mill Machinist for our Shields Manufacturing facility in Tualatin, Oregon. This on-site, full-time Swing shift role involves reading drawings, setting up and operating vertical mills, and inspecting parts with precision measuring tools.

You will work on Haas and Brother machines, maintaining tight tolerances and ensuring quality and on-time production. Compensation includes a 10% shift differential and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Reads and understands drawings.
• Starts and observes machine operation.
• Calculates and sets controls to regulate machining factors.
• Process offset changes unassisted.
• Check parts using micrometers, calipers, and other measuring devices.
• Verify conformance of completed work.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of tasks in a fast-paced, schedule-driven environment.
• Operate vertical mills, Haas and Brother machines, possibly multiple machines.
• Maintain close tolerances and ensure quality parts.
