Doonan Specialized Trailer, LLC is seeking a Production Assembly Leader for the Day Shift to head Paint and Assembly production teams. The role requires hands-on leadership, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to organize workflows to meet schedules.

You will monitor progress, guide employees, ensure adherence to blueprints and quality standards, and promote a safe workplace while driving efficiency and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily Paint and Assembly production employees.
• Organize workflow and assign employees to meet production schedules.
• Monitor progress and report issues or delays to management.
• Provide hands-on guidance and support to employees when needed.
• Ensure trailers are built and finished to blueprints and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot production problems and implement solutions.
• Enforce safety policies and promote a safe work environment.
• Train new employees and develop team skills.
