Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Agricultural, or Industrial Engineering; Industrial Technology: Supply Chain; or related field preferred.
• Three years manufacturing experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills expected.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer tools expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, organizes workflow, and monitors production processes.
• Acts as quality inspector and safety coordinator for area of responsibility.
• Coordinates material handling and training for team.
• Schedules and assigns personnel; communicates expectations and evaluates results.
• Identifies safety hazards and enforces health and safety procedures.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives (lean, 5S, Kaizen).
• Maintains production records and reports on shift performance.
