Job summary

Doonan Specialized Trailer, LLC. is seeking motivated Production Painters to join our manufacturing team on Day and Night Shifts.

You will prepare trailer surfaces, apply primer, paint, and protective coatings to large steel and aluminum trailers, and ensure high-quality finishes in a fast-paced environment. The role requires attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, and comfort with painting equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial, automotive, commercial, or production painting preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

• Prepare steel and aluminum surfaces for painting and coatings.
• Mask and protect areas not to be painted.
• Mix and prepare paints, primers, and coatings to specifications.
• Operate paint guns and apply primer, paint, and coatings.
• Maintain paint equipment and work areas.
• Inspect surfaces for runs, sags, and defects and perform touch-ups.
