What You'll Be Doing
Monitor and control plant operations from a centralized control room to ensure optimal performance and safety
Respond to alarms and troubleshoot equipment issues in real-time
Coordinate with field personnel to maintain continuous and efficient operations
Record and analyze operational data to support process improvements
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards

Physical Demands of the Job
Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
Manual dexterity to operate control systems and use hand tools
Visual and auditory ability to monitor equipment and alarms
Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) for extended periods
Capability to work in physically demanding conditions, including confined spaces and elevated areas

Starting Pay $25.50 per hour DOE
