Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of leadership or supervisory experience in industrial operations or maintenance.
CMRP certification preferred.
Understanding of PLC and equipment automation preferred.
SAP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead and supervise maintenance department to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
Supervise maintenance or project contractors onsite ensuring safety and GMP requirements.
Plan and support budgets; improve asset reliability and plant health.
Maintain records (SAP data, Kronos, KPI) and coordinate planning with scheduling.
Support RCA/RCM processes and drive continuous improvement.
