Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Association degree or technical certificate preferred.
• 2–3 years experience as an industrial maintenance technician preferred.
• Able to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID diagrams.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate as a maintenance team member to improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Plan, schedule, and champion precision maintenance techniques.
• Identify, develop and implement maintenance process and performance improvements.
• Develop PM and job plans for critical equipment with cross-functional teams.
• Support maintenance process and system training for team members.
• Assist craftsmen during planned maintenance tasks as needed.
• Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance with excellence.
• Support CMMS data integrity and spare parts management.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and reliability improvements.
• Promote Michael Foods culture, values, and safety as a core value.
