Job summary

Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and support safe, reliable plant operations. You will work with a team, read technical manuals and schematics, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.

Conditions of Employment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands

Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, and reach

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly

Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces

Manual dexterity required to operate tools and machinery

Must be able to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
