Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Consult with providers/patients on phlebotomy service issues.
• Ensure quality and accuracy of work.
• Investigate equipment, results, specimens and workflow issues.
• May participate on teams or perform special projects.
• May train new employees and phlebotomy students.
• Review test results for accuracy and timely reporting.
• Perform phlebotomy procedures, quality control and equipment maintenance.
• Ensure completion of daily work and monitor lab operations.
