Job summary

Qualifications

• If high school diploma, one year of phlebotomy experience required; if phlebotomy program graduate, no prior experience required.

Responsibilities

• Wears and replaces PPE, maintains a clean and stocked work area throughout shift.
• Demonstrates customer service skills when handling calls, messages, and lab results; communicates professionally with coworkers.
• Registers patients, orders tests in EMR, maintains demographic information, and handles consent and financial forms.
