The Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA) seeks a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support a decentralized, patient-centered care model under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. The role stresses multi-skilled activities to achieve desired patient outcomes.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and BLS certification within two weeks of hire. PCT II candidates with one year of patient care experience or related credentials are preferred.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of patient care work experience or CNA/EMT certification preferred for PCT II.
• BLS within 2 weeks of hire and ongoing maintenance required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide multi-skilled patient care under RN supervision.
• Support a decentralized patient-centered approach to care.
• Perform duties to help achieve desired patient outcomes.
• Work 40 hours per week on day shifts, with no weekends or nights.
