Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble baked goods, cook and portion food for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Follow menus and dietary requirements; ensure appearance, taste, temperature and sanitation meet standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment and maintain sanitation in cooking and serving areas.
• Maintain labeling and storage of food, equipment and supplies; document HACCP steps when required.
