Job summary

Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services Company, is seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator (Day Shift) to join our team in Conroe, TX. This on-site role supports planning, scheduling, and coordinating personnel and equipment for drilling jobs.

You will provide technical support, ensure compliance with QHSE procedures, and help maintain efficient department operations. Two to five years of related experience and a high school diploma are preferred; forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Two to five years of related experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Equivalent combination of experience and/or training.
• Forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track personnel to ensure resources are available for jobs, including 3rd party employees and equipment.
• Maintain acceptable shop conditions and recommend improvements in procedures and environment.
• Provide technical support by advising customers and other employees on equipment specifications and customizations per job.
• Demonstrate leadership behavior that is professional, ethical, and responsible for serving as a role model for all district personnel.
• Communicate and ensure awareness of, and compliance with, relevant QHSE handbooks, procedures and emergency procedures.
• Perform other delegated duties to maintain efficient department operations; manual work may be required.
