Stabil Drill, a Superior Energy Services Company, is seeking a Full-Time Shop Technician in Conroe, TX. This role involves operating Shot Peen and Phosphate machines, maintaining shop cleanliness, and assisting with loading/unloading equipment and inventory management.

You will participate in preventative maintenance and on-call rotations while adhering to QHSE policies. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, knowledge of oil/gas industry equipment, and strong communication and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment, materials, and practices used in the oil/gas industry.
• Ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Good communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Accurately complete reports/records in a timely and legible manner.

Responsibilities

• Operate Shot Peen Machine.
• Operate Phosphate Machine.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper disposal of debris on property.
• Assist in loading/unloading equipment and forklift operation.
• Assist in special projects and daily maintenance of equipment.
• Organize shop and store supplies; manage inventory.
• Receive and distribute supplies; move tools as needed.
• Perform daily/weekly/monthly preventative maintenance on equipment.
