Job summary

Harborview Health Systems seeks an RN/LPN Supervisor for the 7:00 am - 3:30 pm shift to oversee clinical staff and ensure high-quality resident care.

You will supervise RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and Medication Aids, perform admissions and routine assessments, monitor residents, document clearly, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to maintain safety and continuity of care. A strong benefits package supports your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• LPN must have IV certification.
• ALS/BLS certification.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise delivery medications and treatments along with supervision of RN/LPN Charge Nurses, CNAs, and Medication Aids where applicable.
• Completion of required admission and routine resident assessments.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
• Support activities of daily living.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation.
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families.
• Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect residents and teammates.
• Other duties as assigned.
