Job summary

Harborview Jesup is seeking a dedicated LPN Medication Nurse for the night shift (7p–7a) to deliver medications, monitor residents, and support daily living activities in a faith-based skilled nursing setting.

You will document care, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and uphold infection control and safety standards to protect residents and staff. An active LPN license in good standing is required; experience in long-term care is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required.
