Lehigh Hanson Inc. is seeking assistants to help perform mechanical maintenance on plant equipment and carry out routine inspections. You will support repairs using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Assist in performing mechanical maintenance on plant equipment.
Conduct routine inspections and basic troubleshooting of machinery.
Support repairs by using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with senior mechanics to learn repair techniques and best practices.
Mechanical aptitude with interest in developing maintenance skills.
Ability to safely use basic tools and follow detailed instructions.
Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
Problem-solving mindset with willingness to learn and adapt.
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and working in varied conditions.
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures.
Starting Pay $23.03 per hour DOE (depending on experience)
