Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a dependable Material Handler for our Junction City, Oregon facility. This on-site role involves receiving, stocking, staging, and delivering parts to production while maintaining accurate inventory records.

You will label, identify, and segregate materials and operate material-handling equipment safely. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, 1+ year in material handling, and experience with ERP/WMS systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year in manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or material handling.
• 1+ year using ERP/WMS for inventory or shipping/receiving.
• Ability to read/work orders, BOMs, and labels.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, verify and organize incoming materials.
• Label, store, and identify materials with proper segregation.
• Pick, kit, stage, and deliver materials per BOMs and production schedules.
• Replenish inventory at point of use and communicate shortages.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment.
• Log receipts, issues, transfers in ERP and maintain accurate records.
• Support cycle counts, inventories, and continuous-improvement activities.
• Coordinate withPurchasing, Shipping, Production, Engineering, and Quality to resolve issues.
