Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Material Handler to accurately pick, pack, receive, and move materials to support production and on-time order fulfillment. You will use RF scanners and inventory systems to ensure safe, efficient handling of parts and finished goods.

The role requires experience with RF scanners and ERP systems, ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and a willingness to work 1st shift on-site in Sedalia, MO. Training on site is provided and overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• RF scanners experience for picking, receiving, tracking or moving materials.
• Forklift or material-handling equipment experience or willingness to learn.
• Experience with ERP/inventory management systems such as Sage or SAP.

Responsibilities

• Pick, count, pack, and prepare parts and hardware according to packing lists and customer orders using RF scanners.
• Receive goods and complete material, delivery, and shipment transactions in ERP systems.
• Move, stock, and organize parts and materials in designated warehouse and production locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and system transactions for materials received, moved, or shipped.
• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Support production and distribution by delivering components to designated areas per safety and quality standards.
