Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a Material Handler / Parts Picker in Sidney, OH to support production by accurately picking, staging, and delivering materials. You will maintain inventory accuracy, follow work instructions, and operate forklifts safely.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to obtain forklift certification, basic computer skills, and the ability to read production documents. Preferred experience includes warehouse or manufacturing work and SAP familiarity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
• SAP or inventory management system experience preferred.
• Experience supporting production environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and deliver materials to support production schedules.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, and inventory locations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete material transactions within SAP.
• Load, unload, move, and store materials safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
• Support shipping, receiving, cycle counts, and inventory control activities.
• Read work instructions, labels, and production documents.
• Communicate material shortages, damaged materials, and inventory concerns.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
