Job summary

Mars Petcare, Greenies, North Kansas City, MO, climate-controlled facility, is seeking a Material Handler for the day shift (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule. This is a full-time, permanent position.

You will manage end-to-end plant logistics, receive raw materials and packaging, operate forklifts, ensure inventory accuracy, and coordinate with production, purchasing, shipping teams to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts.
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled facility.
• Safety-conscious and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Receive and verify incoming raw materials, ingredients, packaging, and components.
• Use a forklift to unload inbound trucks and transfer materials to storage locations.
• Conduct quality checks on incoming materials and verify supplier paperwork.
• Collaborate with logistics, production, purchasing, receiving, shipping, and QA teams.
