Job summary

Talentify in Plano, TX is seeking a dependable Material Handler on first shift to support warehouse operations in a climate-controlled electronics environment. You will pick, move, and stock materials, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist production teams while collaborating with colleagues in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for long periods, and using pallet jacks, RF scanners, and basic computer tasks.

Qualifications

• Regularly lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Stand or walk for extended periods in a warehouse environment.
• Squat, bend, kneel, reach overhead and forward as daily tasks.
• Experience operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks.
• Comfort climbing rolling ladders up to 14 feet to access materials.
• Work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills including email and typing.
• Self-motivated with ability to stay productive with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Regularly lift and move materials weighing 50 pounds or more throughout the shift.
• Fulfill production orders from the main warehouse location with timely and accurate picking.
• Pick and deliver parts to various departments and buildings as requested.
• Identify and label materials and record locations to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Replenish primary stock locations to ensure production readiness.
• Perform and report inventory cycle counts to support accuracy.
• Complete daily mail runs between buildings as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace with light housekeeping duties.
• Handle and prepare crates for finished assembled product.
• Use pallet jacks and RF scanners for movement and inventory tasks.
