Job summary

Superior Metals Manufacturing is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor for the day shift to support safety, quality and production targets. The role involves coordinating team members, monitoring process flow, and executing plant goals to deliver high‑quality components on schedule.

The position is full‑time and located at our Sullivan, NY facility. Candidates should have 4–5 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership, and solid communication and computer skills.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Experience: 4-5 years in manufacturing.
• Language skills: able to read, understand and communicate safety rules and procedures.
• Mathematical skills: basic arithmetic in all units of measure.
• Reasoning ability: solve problems with several variables.
• Computer skills: knowledge of Microsoft Office and manufacturing software.

Responsibilities

• Support team members to meet safety, quality and production requirements.
• Monitor standards work and process flow to meet production and customer requirements.
• Execute plant goals and objectives.
• Lead activities to produce quality parts on time.
• Coach team members and maintain safety standards.
