The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing and possess excellent communication and leadership skills. Qualifications

• 5+ years of front-line supervisory experience in manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Hands-on familiarity with forklifts, bandsaws, straighteners, and similar machinery.
