Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Day Shift Manufacturing Manager to lead plant operations in a high-volume facility in Georgia. You will oversee machining, assembly, deburr, and tooling teams, directing shop-floor execution, prioritizing equipment, and driving improvement with quality and maintenance partners.

Expect 50+ hour weeks and a hands-on leadership style. The role emphasizes safety, budget adherence, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering and HR to sustain high performance and culture

Qualifications

• Two years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate manufacturing operations to deliver quality products on time and within cost.
• Oversee machinists, detail operators, deburr personnel, tooling technicians, and shift supervisors.
• Partner with Quality and Engineering to drive CI and safety standards.
