Job summary

Randstad USA in Georgia is seeking a Night Shift Manufacturing Manager to lead plant operations across machining, assembly, deburr, and tooling teams. You will own shop-floor execution, balance priorities, and ensure on-time, on-budget production.

This role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a high-volume environment, collaborating with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to optimize safety and machine utilization, with a focus on CI improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in night-shift manufacturing operations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily shop operations, equipment repairs, maintenance priorities, and recycling processes.
• Oversee machinists, detail operators, deburr personnel, tooling technicians, and shift supervisors.
• Partner with Quality and Supply Chain to ensure products meet customer expectations and drive CI improvements.
