Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or technical certificate preferred.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and P&ID drawings preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate with reliability and maintenance teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Execute and champion Precision Maintenance techniques ensuring procedures and tolerances are met.
• Perform technical troubleshooting and support for maintenance tasks.
• Engage in maintenance training and knowledge transfer with the team.
• Support root cause analysis and continuous asset reliability improvements.
