Rockline Industries in Morristown is seeking a Machine Operator I Trainee to support the daily production and packaging of wet wipes on the Day Shift (7:00am – 7:00pm on a 2-2-3 rotation). The role focuses on safe, efficient operation of automatic packaging equipment and adherence to quality standards.

You will use JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to produce quality products, perform routine quality checks, and document results.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED + 2 years manufacturing experience.
• Experience using computers in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong attention to detail and thorough documentation.
• Good interpersonal skills and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Support production and packaging of finished goods.
• Operate, troubleshoot, and maintain equipment for maximum performance.
• Follow cGMP procedures to ensure product quality.
• Record quality checks and production documentation daily.
• Contribute to safe, compliant operations in an FDA-regulated facility.

Position Summary

The Machine Operator position is responsible for ensuring the continuing safe and efficient production process for the Morristown facility, including the set-up, validation and operation of automatic packaging equipment that produces wet wipes.

Essential Accountabilities

• Support the production and packaging of finished goods.
• Operate, troubleshoot, adjust, repair, and maintain production equipment to get maximum performance and efficiency.
• Ensure the safe and efficient production of a quality product in an FDA-regulated facility. Follow cGMP procedures.
• Utilize JD Edwards, Factory Talk, Docushare, and DSI scan guns to safely produce quality products to customer specifications.
• Daily responsibility for performing quality checks, sampling and accurately completing required documentation.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent and a minimum of 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with computer usage within a manufacturing environment.
• Excellent attention to detail in daily work as well as extensive documentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and motivation for continuous learning.

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
