Job summary

TreeHouse Foods, Inc. in Hanover, PA is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift to support production in the packing room. You will operate packing machines such as box machines, labelers, and stretch wrappers, ensuring efficiency and product quality.

You will study production sheets, prepare needed materials, monitor quality, and perform weight checks. Overtime and weekend work may be required; join a team focused on safety, efficiency, and helping provide high-quality private-label foods.

Qualifications

• Experience following instructions and maintaining clear communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment; food manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operates packing room machines to meet production standards and efficiency.
• Prepares for next orders by studying production sheets and setting up films, co-dates, stickers, and stamps.
• Monitors operations and inspects products for pleats, leaks, holes, registration, and proper date codes.
• Performs weight checks on packing lines to ensure specifications.
• Other duties as assigned by supervision.
