Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift at our Hanover, PA facility to support daily packaging operations in a fast-paced food production environment.

You will supervise packing room machines, follow production sheets, ensure product quality, and perform weight checks while maintaining efficiency and safety standards. Experience in manufacturing, willingness to overtime and weekends, and clear verbal/written communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment incl. food manufacturing is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate packing room machines including Hayssens, box machines, box tapers, stretch wrapper, diverter gates, case labelers and sonic sensors.
• Study production sheet to anticipate changeovers and assign products to machines.
• Maintain specifications by observing operations and inspecting product for pleats, leaks, holes, registration and code-dates.
• Ensure product specifications by completing weight checks on packing lines.
• Other duties as assigned.
