TreeHouse Foods in Hanover, PA is hiring a Machine Operator - Crew A to join our production team. You will operate packing room machines, monitor performance, and help stage materials for upcoming orders in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

You will report to the Packing Room Supervisor and Lead Machine Operator, with duties including quality checks, changeovers, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Overtime and weekend shifts may be required.

Competenze

• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.

Mansioni

• Operates packing room machines at specified speeds to meet production goals.
• Reads production sheet to anticipate changeovers and prepare materials for next orders.
• Performs weight checks and inspects products for defects to stay within quality standards.
• Maintains packaging supplies including film, co-dates, stickers, and labels.
