Job summary

TreeHouse Foods is seeking a Machine Operator for 1st shift at our Hanover, PA facility. You will operate packing room machinery such as box machines and sealers, ensure efficiency, and follow production schedules under supervision.

Responsibilities include weight checks and quality inspections to meet packaging standards, with additional duties as needed. The role requires prior manufacturing experience, willingness to overtime, and the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment – food manufacturing a plus.
• The ability to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate all packing room machines at specified speed and efficiency.
• Study production sheets to anticipate changeovers and assign products to machines.
• Maintain specifications by observing operations and inspecting for pleats, leaks, holes, and date codes.
• Perform weight checks on packing lines to ensure product specs.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
