Job summary

TreeHouse Foods in Hanover, PA is seeking a Machine Operator - Crew A to support the packing room operations. The role reports to the Packing Room Supervisor and assists the Lead Machine Operator to run equipment efficiently and safely in a full-time capacity.

You will monitor machines, perform changeovers, verify weights and codes, and ensure products meet specifications while following procedures and communicating clearly. Overtime and weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and process documents.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate packing room machines to meet production speeds and quality.
• Study production sheets to anticipate changeovers and allocate products to machines.
• Inspect packaging for pleats, leaks, holes, and correct codes/labels.
• Perform weight checks and ensure accuracy of product specifications.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
