Job summary

Communitiesofcaremn is hiring a Home Care Nurse (LPN/RN) to join our nursing team and support clients in their homes in Blaine, MN. We are seeking a full-time RN or LPN; new grads welcome and will be trained.

We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 4 year-old male in his home. We welcome new grads and will train! We have several clients in the Twin Cities area.

• Nurse would also be responsible for attending school with this client.
• Proposed schedule:
