Job summary

Communities of Care in Minnesota is hiring a Home Care Nurse (RN or LPN) to support a 2-year-old client at home. The role involves administering medications, monitoring vitals, assisting with personal care, and coordinating with the care team.

We welcome new grads, offer training, and serve several clients in the Twin Cities area; the NOC schedule is 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN Minnesota license is required.
• Ability to build rapport with patients and families.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs.

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.
• Perform various medical procedures based on patient needs.

We are looking for Full-time Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse work with a 2 year-old male in his home. We welcome new grads and will train! We have several clients in the Twin Cities area.

• Proposed schedule:
• NOC: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM - flexible
• Client lives in Mounds View with his family.

Duties:
