Job summary

Morganfield Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our daytime team on a 7a–7p shift. We offer a supportive, close-knit environment with safe staff-to-resident ratios and modified compensation benefits.

As part of a deficiency-free facility, you will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, monitor residents, and collaborate with CNAs and RNs.

Qualifications

• LPN license active in Kentucky.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents per care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the RN.
• Collaborate with CNAs, RNs, and interdisciplinary staff.
• Ensure care with dignity, respect, and compassion.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Follow safety, infection control, and regulatory guidelines.
