Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking an LPN for the Craven County Jail in North Carolina. The role features a full-time, day-shift schedule with a 35-hour weekly, rotating plan and a sign-on plus retention bonus.

You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, perform patient assessments, and coordinate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
• Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
• Follow all facility and company policies and procedures
