Job summary
SOUTHERN HEALTH PARTNERS INC., in Craven County Jail, North Carolina, is seeking a dedicated LPN for the Day Shift on a full-time basis. You will provide nursing care and administer medications, perform assessments, monitor patient conditions, document care, and collaborate with the healthcare team in a structured 35-hour week with a rotating schedule.

Qualifications
- Active NC LPN license.
- Experience in patient care, preferably in a correctional setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
- Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs.
- Monitor and document patient conditions and care.
- Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
- Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs.
- Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment.
- Follow all facility and company policies and procedures.
