Job summary

Qualifications

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina.

Good documentation and medication administration skills.
Willingness to work 35-hour week, rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility.
Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs.
Monitor and document patient conditions and care.
Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate and timely medical records.
