Job summary
Southern Health Partners, a leader in correctional healthcare, is seeking a Full Time LPN for a Day Shift at Craven County Jail, NC. This 35-hour-per-week role offers a rotating schedule and a sign-on/retention bonus opportunity, starting each day with purpose and a commitment to patient care.
You will join a dedicated healthcare team and provide essential nursing care within the facility, administering medications, performing assessments, and documenting patient conditions while ensuring safety
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered
- Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
- Monitor and document patient conditions and care
- Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
- Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
- Follow all facility and company policies and procedures
