Southern Health Partners is seeking an LPN for the Craven County Jail in North Carolina. This full-time day-shift position offers a structured 35-hour work week with a rotating schedule and includes a sign-on and retention bonus.

You will provide nursing care, administer medications, perform assessments, and document care while collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care in a correctional setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
• Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
• Follow all facility and company policies and procedures
