Job summary

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse for the day shift. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, and help ensure residents receive quality, compassionate care.

This full-time role offers a base pay of $25.00-$29.55 per hour, weekend differential, and a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing (REQUIRED).
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or post-acute care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and report changes promptly.
• Supervise CNAs on the unit.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
