Regency Healthcare and Rehab is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the day shift (7AM–7PM) to join our team in Alabama. The role requires an Alabama-licensed LPN, CPR certification, and at least one year of nursing experience, preferably in a SNF setting.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited LPN School of Nursing.
• Active Alabama LPN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum one year nursing experience preferred.
• SNF experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety for all residents.
• Assess and document residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Implement physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Lead team conferences for individualized nursing care plans.
• Supervise and direct CNAs.
• Monitor vital signs and respond to calls.
• Maintain clean, safe resident environment.
• Record meals, fluids, and intake.
• Report concerns to Nurse Supervisor/Administrator.
• Follow infection control and hand hygiene protocols.
