Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama in Northport, AL is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Charge Nurse on the 11:00 PM–7:00 AM night shift, working a 7 On / 7 Off schedule. Base pay ranges from $25.00 to $29.55 per hour, with night shift differentials of $2.25 on weekdays and $3.00 on weekends.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing.
• CPR/BLS certification valid.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehabilitation/long-term or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication and leadership skills.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.
